The Logan Rock, Cornwall

The Cornish coastline offers stunning scenery and this area around Pendvounder Beach and The Logan Rock is no exception. It is a favourite and accessible area of mine for both walking and photography. In this shot the effect of the rippled sand beneath the turquoise waters was unplanned but very welcome - nature is unpredictable and can offer pleasing surprises. Earlier, from the cliff top, I was entranced as seals played in the crystal clear waters below.
